The software also supports version control, Check-in/Check-out functionality, and Extended workflow features for initiating business workflows. Additionally, it provides a secure storage system for files, using either a secure file system or Google cloud, and has Record Management capabilities for applying holds and properly disposing of documents according to their retention period. Another unique feature is the automatic storage of SAP outputs, such as Print lists, into the content repository.
