Physio Cloud, a comprehensive software solution designed specifically for physiotherapists by an experienced enterprise physiotherapist. Developed since 2016, this software offers a wide range of features including real-time appointment scheduling for multiple locations, automatic calendar updates, and patient management with the ability to search by first name, surname, or telephone number. Managing patient medical history is made easy with the option to log previous and inherited health conditions, as well as store documents and images using camera, images, or PDFs.
With Physio Cloud, exercises can be managed effortlessly with a library of over 400 exercises, complete with names, descriptions, categories, subcategories, and images. These exercises can be assigned to patients with the ability to customize sets, repetitions/time, sessions per day, and add comments. The software also allows for printing of exercise programs.
Accidents and injuries can be tracked and evaluated using the incident report management feature, which includes a set of questions and the option to mark the problem area on a 3D image. Flowsheet management enables detailed treatment reports to be evaluated by the physiotherapist after each session. Additionally, the evaluation management feature includes patient observation, palpation, edema measurements, range of motion and manual muscle testing, active movements, neuromuscular and dermatome evaluation, end feels and joint mobility assessment, special tests, and motion analysis. Short-term and long-term goals can also be set, along with any additional comments.
Physio Cloud offers role-based permissions, catering to the needs of receptionists, physiotherapists, and administrators. The software also generates various reports including finance reports, patient reports, and management reports. These reports provide detailed insights on receipts, sales, tax, revenue, and income, as well as the number of new patients or visits per period. Management reports include incident reports and flowsheets per physiotherapist, as well as the number of payees per period.
