The system allows for online payments through various banking channels and is compliant with WPS regulations in the UAE and other GCC countries. On top of managing payroll, HR Chronicle also offers a range of HR information management features such as employee personal information, document scanning, onboarding and exit checklists, organization chart generation, and more. It also has a powerful letter generation system for various purposes such as salary certificates and appraisal letters. The system offers customizable security options and controlled approval processes for employee data. You can also manage assets, multiple locations and departments, and create hierarchies with ease. For payroll management, HR Chronicle offers a highly configurable solution that allows you to set different policies for various employee groups. You can also manage allowances, deductions, pension, airfare, and expenses within the system. The system also has options for managing overtime, retrospective salary appraisals, and automatic generation of password-protected payslips. HR Chronicle also offers a robust leave management system with support for different leave types and eligibility criteria. The time and attendance module can be integrated with existing machines to automate processes such as roster management and overtime calculations. The system also has inbuilt capabilities for finance reconciliation and auto file generation for GL posting. It also offers a wide range of reports for various aspects of HR and finance analytics.
