The system also has options for managing overtime, retrospective salary appraisals, and automatic generation of password-protected payslips. HR Chronicle also offers a robust leave management system with support for different leave types and eligibility criteria. The time and attendance module can be integrated with existing machines to automate processes such as roster management and overtime calculations. The system also has inbuilt capabilities for finance reconciliation and auto file generation for GL posting. It also offers a wide range of reports for various aspects of HR and finance analytics. HR Chronicle offers integration with popular third-party systems such as PeopleSoft, SAP HCM, and Oracle HCM. The Employee Self Service module allows employees to apply for various requests such as leaves, air tickets, letters, expenses, and more.
